Line By Line Properties

The Line By Line Properties dialog allows a user to over ride the appearance of any 2D or 3D data item. You can access it from the Edit menu, or by right clicking on a data item, and selecting it from the shortcut menu.

For 2D or 3D lines, the parameters that you can set are the same as the General Basemap Properties.

The options available to edit on the tabs are:

• 2D Line/Ribbon

• 3D Line Ribbon

• 2D Labels

• 3D Labels

• 2D Posting

• 3D Posting

• 2D Horizon Posting

• 3D Horizon Posting

• 2D Symbols

• 3D Symbols

Note: You can quickly edit a single item to have a unique appearance by using the right mouse button on the map and selecting "Properties for...". The same dialog will appear, but only the one data item you were near will be listed.
